Group PreHab

Prehab classes are all about preventing injuries and having fun — combining the ideas of preventative medicine and corrective exercise. Each class takes participants through stretching, myofacial release (using a foam roller or tennis ball), stability training, strengthening exercises, and play! Every class is completely unique as participants all have a chance to help create their own exercises for shoulders, hips, and spine.
